The Brutalist Penthouse is a 300m2 two-level residence in Mexico City. The home translates the concept of Warm Brutalism into an intro-spective, sculptural living environment defined by materiality, light, and atmosphere.

Mexico
Bold, monolithic architectural lines are softened by rounded corners,
textured stucco walls, warm walnut carpentry, and sculptural stone elements.
Wooden shutters and curved volumes introduce a sense of stillness within the urban setting.
Stainless steel panels meet tactile surfaces, concrete floors contrast with soft textiles, and shifting daylight animates the interior throughout the day.
The upper floor reveals a writer’s sanctuary and a serene retreat: a sun-soaked deck, gym, bbq area and firepit under the stars. A place where brutalist geometry meets the vast Mexico City horizon.
